About Yeganeh Inc.
A family construction business, working across Los Angeles
Over 25 years of construction experience, an early specialisation in ADUs, and a phone that gets answered by someone who knows where your project is.
The business
Built around residential construction, and around ADUs early
Yeganeh Inc. is a family-owned and operated construction business. Our family has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, and that experience is what the company was built on: Abraham Yeganeh set the standards the business still works to, and his son Erfan is closely involved in the work today.
Over the past several years we became one of the early specialists in accessory dwelling units, completing garage conversions, detached ADUs, attached ADUs, junior ADUs, home additions and complete home remodels. That head start matters more than it sounds: ADU work turns on the specifics (setbacks, access, where the utilities run, what a particular jurisdiction will accept), and those are learned by doing them, not by reading about them.
We manage and coordinate construction from the first site review through to the final inspection. In practice that means one point of contact who knows the status of your project, instead of a number that takes a message.
The thing homeowners write about most in reviews of our work is not the finishes. It is being kept up to date. Six of the reviews on this site say some version of it independently, without being asked. It is the part of a build people find hardest to get from a contractor, and it is the part we are most deliberate about.

Abraham Yeganeh
Abraham has spent his career in construction, and the standards he set are the ones Yeganeh Inc. still builds to. His experience continues to shape how each project is planned and delivered.
Erfan Yeganeh
Erfan, Abraham's son, is closely involved day to day, from the first conversation with a homeowner through planning, coordination and site oversight. Homeowners who leave reviews for Yeganeh Inc. name him by name more often than anything else.

See all reviewsGoogleView the listing(opens in a new tab)I had an amazing experience working with Erfan on my ADU project. From the beginning, he was professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure every detail was done the right way. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the finished ADU turned out exactly how I envisioned it. His crew was reliable, respectful, and always kept the job site clean. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about the quality of their work and stands behind it, I highly recommend Erfan for any construction project. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. Thank you for making the whole process so smooth!
Bijan SepanlouADU project · Jul 14, 2026 Incredible company. I had tons of bad experiences with previous contractors. Erfan had a great first impression, and it lasted throughout the whole project. I will definitely be using them for my future projects as well. The most stressful part of the project was dealing with the city inspectors, but thankfully, this company took care of everything without my contribution. 10/10 recommend.
