The project
A full home remodel and garage addition that expanded the main residence with 2 new bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms. The project included upgraded systems, modern finishes, a new roof, a new carport, and complete front yard and backyard landscaping, creating a more spacious, functional, and updated home.
The broadest scope of any project here in terms of trades. Structure, systems, roofing, a carport and landscaping to both the front and rear were all part of the same job.
It is a good illustration of why doing exterior work alongside a remodel makes sense. The roof and the carport were done while the property was already open and the crew already mobilised, rather than as separate projects requiring their own access and setup.
The additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms went into the main residence. This was a house that needed to be bigger, not a property that needed a second unit.
